This model demonstrates my vision of an affordable and sustainable housing community. These homes are built with prefabricated materials, which can lower the costs of home construction. Additionally, they utilize solar energy and smart water technology for landscaping, which can both reduce expenses in the long run. These homes demonstrate the connection between affordable housing and thoughtful design. Scholastic Arts and Writing recognized this design with their most prestigious award, the Gold Key.
